Customised transport service
From 2023, our association is collaborating with Viaggi Mattei, a Valmaggia transport company based in Bignasco in the municipality of Cevio. Viaggi Mattei complements the service provided by the regular buses and PostBus, expanding the range of options available to hikers. Thanks to this personalised transport service, reaching the 2,310 m of Lake Naret or leaving at 7 a.m. from Cimalmotto will no longer be a problem.
Viaggi Mattei has busses suitable for transporting up to 19 people. To plan the service and request a personalised offer, simply fill in the online form: www.mattei-viaggi.ch/shuttle. For logistical reasons, those interested are asked to plan the transport service in advance (7 days). If necessary, it is possible to contact Viaggi Mattei even 24 hours in advance.
As an indication, a transport service for 8 persons from the Bignasco bus station to the 2,310 m altitude of Lake Naret costs CHF 220. Members of the Via Alta Vallemaggia association are offered a 10% discount.
